Shani is responsible for informing patients about the services available, keeping in touch with them, and providing support at every stage of the process to guarantee a smooth transition. This includes talking about treatment plans, payment options, scheduling, appointments, and aftercare.
Her capacity to apply compassion and empathy to address patients’ needs is what makes her unique and essential to the efficient operation of the practice.
Outside of work, Shani enjoys attending concerts, travelling, and spending most weekends enjoying the outdoors, including football, with her family.
